WHAT IS THE JIM DANDY LOCAL REWARDS PROGRAM?

It is a customer appreciation program. When they make qualifying purchases at Jim Dandy locations, they earn points that can be spent back at Jim Dandy locations. Customers get to choose what they want to spend them on. Some exclusions may apply. See this document for details.

IS THE JIM DANDY LOCAL REWARDS CARD FREE?

Yes, there is no charge to become a participant. Not only that, but our LOCALS are rewarded every time they make a qualifying purchase at any Jim Dandy. As soon as customers enroll, they can spend their points back at Jim Dandy locations. *See page 1 of this document.

WHAT ARE POINTS WORTH?

Each point = $0.01
Example: 500 points = $5.00 they can spend towards a purchase.
Although points can be spent like cash at Jim Dandy locations, points are not redeemable for cash and hold no cash value. *See page 1 of this document.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS EARN POINTS?

They start earning points immediately on their first purchase. Customers pick up a free Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards card at any Jim Dandy location. Swipe card when prompted by the POS or pump, or enter their enrolled phone number, or they can scan the virtual card on the free Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards mobile app to earn points on their purchases. It’s that easy!

HOW DO CUSTOMERS SPEND POINTS?

Customers spend points by informing the cashier at a Jim Dandy location that they would like to redeem some points. Swipe or scan their card or virtual card. All the points they have up to the total amount owing will be applied to their purchase price. If they don’t have enough points to pay for the entire purchase, they will be prompted to pay the remaining amount with another payment method. No minimum amount is required for redemptions. CARD HOLDERS MUST BE ENROLLED TO REDEEM POINTS.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING JIM DANDY LOCAL REWARDS ?

Anyone can join the Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards program. Must be 18 years or older to participate in any contest or sweepstakes.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS ENROLL?

There are 4 ways to enroll:
1). Call the toll-free number on the back of the Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards card to quickly enroll over the phone.
2). Download the free Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards mobile app to enroll with or without a card.
3). Go to jimdandyrewards/enroll to enroll via the website with or without a card.
4). SCAN QR code on back of card or brochure for a fast enrollment.

HOW TO FIND LOCATIONS THAT OFFER THE JIM DANDY LOCAL REWARDS PROGRAM?

All Jim Dandy locations accept the Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards card. They can also find a complete listing of locations on the app or website.

HOW CAN CUSTOMERS FIND OUT HOW MANY POINTS THEY HAVE?

The current point balance will show on the bottom of the receipt each time they make a purchase. They can also check their point balance at any time via the Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards mobile app or website.

WHAT ARE THE CARD HOLDER SUPPORT HOURS OF OPERATION?

Cardholder support/cardholder services business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. EST except for observed holidays. 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD).

WHAT IF THEY THINK THEIR POINT BALANCE IS WRONG?

If they believe there is a mistake on their point balance, they send their card number and the expected balance to [email protected] or call cardholder services at 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD). *Points are rounded up. Points rounding works at the end of the transaction and on the transaction subtotal and rounds based on the penny. Rounding occurs on the hundredths place, and anything that is 0.55 points and above rounds up, with 0.54 points and below rounds down. For example: If their total transaction is $3.55, then they would be awarded 8 points. If their total transaction is $3.54, they will be awarded 6 points.

WHAT DO CUSTOMERS DO IF THEY LOST THEIR CARD?

Pick up a new card from any location, and then please call 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD). If their card was enrolled, the customer service team will transfer points, club status, and transaction history from their lost card to a new card. Customers must be able to answer security questions to verify their account before customer service will be able to answer any questions about their account.

WHAT DO CUSTOMERS DO IF THEIR CARD IS DAMAGED?

Pick up a new card from any location, and then please contact call 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD). If the damaged card was enrolled or if they have their card number, the customer service team can transfer points, club status, and transaction history from their damaged card to a new card. Customers must be able to answer security questions to verify their account before any changes can be made.

WHAT DO CUSTOMERS DO IF THEY FORGOT THEIR PIN NUMBER TO THEIR ACCOUNT?

If they have forgotten their PIN number to their Jim Dandy LOCAL Rewards card account, please call 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD), and we can assist in retrieving their PIN number.

CAN CUSTOMERS COMBINE THEIR CARDS?

If they have multiple cards that they would like to have linked to accumulate points together, please call our customer service department at 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD). There is a card linking form included in the back of this manual that fleet businesses can use to link cards together in FLEET mode.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

They can update the account information by calling 1-844-562-2553 (1-844-LOCALJD). Once they have answered some security questions to verify their account the customer service rep can assist them in making changes. They can also log into their profile found on the home page of the mobile app and update their account information.

DO POINTS EXPIRE?

No, points never expire.
